Ingredients
- Beef 5 oz
- Potato 5 oz
- Chicken Egg ¼ piece
- Peeled chestnuts 0 oz
- Raisins 0 oz
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Clarified Butter 0 oz
- Lemon 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Fresh Mint to taste
- Cilantro to taste
- Parsley to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pass the beef along with the boiled potato through a meat grinder twice.
Step 2
Add crushed walnuts, raisins, chopped mint, cilantro, egg, salt, and pepper to the minced mixture and mix well.
Step 3
Shape the prepared filling into balls, coat them in flour, and fry in oil.
Step 4
Serve the balls drizzled with oil, garnished with sprigs of parsley.
Step 5
Serve the lemon separately.
