Ingredients
- Scorpion fish fillet 20 oz
- Marinated cherries 5 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Anchovies 0 oz
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Capers 0 oz
- Olives stuffed with lemon 6 pieces
- Chopped Sage Leaves 0 oz
- Fresh basil leaves 0 oz
- Oregano 0 oz
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Wheat Flour to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat a large skillet.
Step 2
Season the sea bass fillet with salt and pepper, then coat in flour.
Step 3
Pour in half of the olive oil and fry the fish until lightly golden. Remove the fish from the skillet and set aside.
Step 4
In the same skillet, sauté the chopped onion.
Step 5
Pour in the wine and reduce the heat.
Step 6
Add the tomatoes, capers, anchovies, and oregano. Cook until the ingredients are soft.
Step 7
Now add the olives and the fish, cover with a lid.
Step 8
Preheat the oven to 390°F and place the skillet in for 10 minutes.
Step 9
Sprinkle with parsley on top, and before serving, add basil leaves and drizzle with olive oil.
