Ingredients
- White bread 5 oz
- Onion 3 heads
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Bacon 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Lean Beef 30 oz
- Mustard Greens 1 teaspoon
- Chopped Sage Leaves 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Marinated cherries 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Soak the bread. Chop the onion and garlic. Dice the bacon. Squeeze the bread and mix it with the meat, onion, garlic, and bacon.
Step 2
Mix the eggs with mustard and herbs, then add to the chopped meat. If the mixture is crumbly, add breadcrumbs. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 3
Line a baking dish with foil and place the meat mixture inside. Bake for 50 minutes. Arrange the cherry tomatoes on top of the meatloaf, season with salt and pepper. Bake for an additional 10 minutes.
