Ingredients

  • Veal Mince 20 oz
  • Chicken Egg 5 pieces
  • Pickled Cauliflower 1 piece
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Cilantro 1 bunch
  • Dill 1 bunch
  • Salt to taste
  • Saffron 2 spoons
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Oregano 2 spoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare 500 grams of 'Homemade' minced meat, made from an equal mix of beef and pork.

Step 2

Mix a chopped bunch of cilantro, an equal amount of dill, a little saffron, a pickled cucumber, a bit of grated carrot, oregano, salt, pepper, and one egg with the minced meat.

Step 3

Boil four eggs.

Step 4

Lay out plastic wrap and place the ground meat on it. Spread it evenly. Peel the eggs. Arrange the whole eggs in a single row on top of the meat. Using the plastic wrap, lift one end to roll the meat so that the row of eggs is in the center. Roll it up completely, smoothing out the seam, and place it on a greased baking sheet. Brush the resulting roll with beaten egg yolk and bake in the oven at 355°F for 1 hour.

Step 5

From time to time, to ensure that the roll retains its juiciness, drizzle it with hot water or broth, if available.
