  • Chicken Egg 1 piece
  • Salt to taste

  • Milk ½ glasses
  • Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon

Step 1

Finely chop the onion and sauté it in vegetable oil until golden brown.

Step 2

Then add the ground meat mixed with boiled rice, a raw egg, salt, and pepper to the pan with the onions. Mix everything well. Form small balls from the mixture, roll them in flour, and quickly fry them on all sides in hot vegetable oil.

Step 3

To prepare the sauce, mix vegetable oil with flour, season with salt, and gradually dilute with milk. Bring the sauce to a boil. Add the fried meatballs and heat through well.
