Meatballs in Tomato Sauce
Ingredients
- Turkey 20 oz
- Breadcrumbs ⅓ cup
- Onion 2 heads
- Cilantro 0 oz
- Potato 1 piece
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Black Cumin (Cumin) 1 tablespoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Passata Tomato Sauce 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the ground turkey with the breadcrumbs.
Step 2
In a food processor or meat grinder, grind 1 onion, ¾ cup of cilantro, and 1 medium-sized potato.
Step 3
Add 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of salt, and a pinch of black pepper. Mix everything and shape the meatballs with wet hands.
Step 4
Finely chop 1 onion and sauté until golden. Add two coarsely chopped cloves of garlic and sauté for one minute. Add three tablespoons of tomato paste and four cups of boiling water. Stir and bring to a boil.
Step 5
Place the meatballs in the sauce and cook for 20 minutes.
