Meatballs in a Slow Cooker
Ingredients
- Rice 5 oz
- Ground meat 20 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Sour Cream 5 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 spoons
- Dill to taste
- Water 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cook the rice. Let it cool.
Step 2
Add to the minced meat: finely chopped onion, eggs, and cooked rice. Mix everything thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 3
We shape our meatballs and place them in the bowl of the multicooker.
Step 4
Prepare the sauce. To do this, mix the sour cream with the tomato paste and water.
Step 5
Pour the prepared sauce over the meatballs (they should be fully covered with the sauce).
Step 6
Select the "Stew" setting for 1 hour and let our meatballs cook.
Step 7
Sprinkle the finished meatballs with finely chopped dill. That's it, your meatballs are ready. Enjoy your meal!!!
