- Quince 15 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Wash the meat (fillet, hindquarter, or flank) and cut it into small pieces (about 3–4 pieces per serving), place it in a shallow pot, and fry in heated oil.
Step 2
After that, pour water over the fried meat so that it is covered, and simmer for about an hour.
Step 3
Cut the quince into wedges, peel and core it, add it to the pot with the meat, along with the sautéed onion, salt, and pepper, and continue simmering until the meat is fully cooked.
Step 4
When serving, transfer the meat with quince to a warmed dish and sprinkle with parsley or dill.
