- Onion 5 oz
- Carrot 1 piece
- Prunes 5 oz
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Chop the onion, grate the carrot, and add them to a saucepan preheated over high heat. Then reduce to medium heat and cover the saucepan with a lid.
Step 2
While the meat is being prepared, let the vegetables stew. Cut the meat into large pieces and add it to the saucepan.
Step 3
Rinse the prunes and add them to the saucepan as well. Add 1/2 cup of boiling water, salt to taste, and stew until the meat is tender. It is best to serve the meat with a mild-flavored side dish.
