  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Chicken fillet 10 oz
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Herbs to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Spices to taste
  • Mayonnaise to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rinse the meat, pat dry, and cut into slices (season each slice with salt and pepper to taste).

Step 2

Grate the potatoes on a coarse grater.

Step 3

Slice the onion into rings.

Step 4

Cut the tomatoes into half-moons and coat them in mayonnaise.

Step 5

Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

Step 6

Crush the garlic in a garlic press.

Step 7

Chop the herbs.

Step 8

Grease a baking tray with oil. Layer the meat slices, then the onion, grated potatoes, and tomatoes (spread with mayonnaise).

Step 9

Place in the oven for 40–50 minutes at a temperature of 200–430°F.

Step 10

5–10 minutes before the cooking time is up, spread the crushed garlic, sprinkle with grated cheese and chopped herbs.

Step 11

Put back in the oven and take out in just a few minutes.
