Step 1
Cut the meat into large pieces. Tenderize using a meat mallet in a plastic bag.

Rub the meat with spices and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes. Preheat the baking sheet in the oven for 30 minutes.

Then arrange the pieces of meat on the baking sheet.

On top of the meat, place the sliced onions and sprinkle with salt.

Layer the potatoes, sliced into rings, on top.

Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
