Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 5 pieces
- Pork Blood 15 oz
- Onion 3 heads
- Safflower Oil to taste
- Pickled Chanterelles 5 oz
- Sour Cream 6 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
First, prepare all the ingredients: peel the onion and slice it into half-rings; wash the potatoes, peel them, and cut them into strips; wash the meat and cut it into small pieces; wash and slice the mushrooms.
Step 2
Sauté half of the onion in a pan for 10 minutes, then add the mushrooms. When the mushrooms release their water, add salt and pepper, cover with a lid, and simmer for 15 minutes on low heat.
Step 3
Sauté the remaining half of the onion in the pan, add the pieces of pork, season with salt and pepper, and fry for 10 minutes over medium heat.
Step 4
In the fat remaining from the meat, sauté the potatoes for 10 minutes until they are golden brown.
Step 5
In the pots, pour 2–3 tablespoons of water at the bottom. Next, add the potatoes, then the meat, and finally the mushrooms. Generously pour sour cream on top.
Step 6
Place the pots with meat and potatoes in the oven for about 1 hour at a temperature of 355°F.
