  • Meat 20 oz
  • Carrot 1 piece
  • Onion 1 piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salad Potatoes 7 pieces
  • Puff Pastry 20 oz
  • Rosemary to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Finely chop the meat and lightly fry it in a skillet.

Step 2

Cut the onion and carrot into strips and fry them as well.

Step 3

Boil the potatoes, cool them, peel, and cut into cubes.

Step 4

Let everything cool down, and in the meantime, roll out the dough and cut it into squares.

Step 5

Season all the vegetables.

Step 6

Place the meat, carrot with onion, and top with potatoes on the dough.

Step 7

Wrap it into a bag.

Step 8

Place in the oven for 30 minutes at a temperature of 180–390°F.
