Meat with Orange and Apple, Baked with Cheese and Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- Oranges 1 piece
- Apple 1 piece
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Pork Neck 6 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into small pieces. Pound to a thickness of 0.5 cm. Season with salt and pepper on both sides, rubbing it into the meat.
Step 2
Pour water into the baking dish (no more than 0.5 cm). Place the meat on it.
Step 3
Peel the orange and apple, slice them into thin rings, removing the seeds (from the orange to avoid bitterness) and cores (from the apple). Arrange the fruit rings on top of the meat.
Step 4
Grate the cheese and sprinkle it over the meat. Squeeze mayonnaise on top of the cheese and carefully spread it evenly.
Step 5
Place the meat in the oven. Bake at 390°F for about an hour.
