Meat with Mushrooms and Vegetables
Ingredients
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Pork Blood 15 oz
- Carrot 5 oz
- Onion 5 oz
- Garlic to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Fresh Mushrooms 10 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel one large onion and chop it coarsely.
Step 2
Peel one large or two small carrots and cut them into strips.
Step 3
Wash one bell pepper and cut it into strips.
Step 4
Slice two heads of garlic into rings.
Step 5
Wash the champignons and chop them coarsely.
Step 6
Place all the vegetables in a heated skillet with sunflower or olive oil. Fry for about 5–7 minutes, then reduce the heat and simmer, stirring constantly, for another 3 minutes.
Step 7
Add the mushrooms and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Step 8
Finely chop the meat and coat it in ground black pepper and salt.
Step 9
Add the meat to the vegetables and simmer over low heat for 3–4 minutes, then increase the heat and fry for 1–2 minutes until golden brown.
