Ingredients

  • Pickled Chanterelles 15 oz
  • Onion 5 oz
  • Salad Potatoes 20 oz
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Mayonnaise 5 oz
  • Meat 15 oz

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

First, rinse the meat and cut it into small cubes. Season with salt and pepper, and you can also rub it with mustard for juiciness. Let it sit for about 10 minutes.

Step 2

Slice the onion into half rings.

Step 3

Cut the mushrooms into slices.

Step 4

Peel the potatoes and slice them into thin rounds.

Step 5

I usually take precautions and before placing all the ingredients in the baking dish, I sauté the meat in a pan until it's half-cooked.

Step 6

Layer everything in a baking dish. I start with the meat (including the juices released during frying), then add the onions, followed by the mushrooms, and finally the potatoes, seasoning with salt and pepper. I spread mayonnaise on top and place it in the oven for 40 minutes.

Step 7

At the end, sprinkle cheese on top.
