Ingredients
- Veal 15 oz
- Butter 0 oz
- Dijon Mustard 2 tablespoons
- Grated Ginger Root 0 oz
- Wheat Flour to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt the butter in a frying pan.
Step 2
Chop the ginger and add it to the melted butter in the pan, reduce the heat.
Step 3
Add the mustard.
Step 4
While the ginger is sautéing, cut the meat into strips. You can use pork instead of veal, but choose a lean cut.
Step 5
Add the meat to the ginger and cook until almost done.

Add flour to thicken the mixture. Optionally, you can chop green onion tops.
