Ingredients
- Beef 20 oz
- Orange juice concentrate 5 fl oz
- Frozen black currant puree 5 oz
- Orange zest 2 spoons
- Olive Oil 2 spoons
- Salt to taste
- Spices to taste
- Honey 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Season the meat with salt and spices, then sear it in oil over high heat for 4-5 minutes on each side.
Step 2
Pour the orange juice into a saucepan, add the berries and the orange zest. Cook the sauce over low heat until it reduces by about half (this will take about 20 minutes). Then, allow it to cool and stir in the honey.
Step 3
Drizzle the meat with the sauce, and it is ready to serve.
