- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 5 oz

- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ground Dried Garlic to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Add grated cheese, spices, and 1 raw chicken egg to the ground meat. Mix the cottage cheese with the processed cheese.
Step 2
Form nests from the meat mixture and fill them with the cottage cheese filling.
Step 3
