Ingredients
- Pork Blood 20 oz
- Hard Cheese to taste
- Safflower Oil to taste
- Canned Pineapple Chunks 1 can
- Mayonnaise to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the pork into five equal pieces. Tenderize them well to make them thin. Rub the pieces with spices and place them on a hot, oiled baking sheet. Drizzle each piece of pork with 1 tablespoon of pineapple juice from the can. Then place a slice of pineapple on each piece. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and finally, spread mayonnaise on each piece.
Step 2
Bake in the oven until cooked through.
