Ingredients
- Onion 2 heads
- Pork Blood 20 oz
- Parmesan Cheese 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Mayonnaise 5 oz
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thinly slice the pork as for cutlets and tenderize. Season with salt and pepper, then place on a baking sheet.
Step 2
Spread the finely chopped onion over the meat, then add mayonnaise and sprinkle with Parmesan on top.
Step 3
Place in the oven for 25 minutes at 390°F, then leave in the turned-off oven for 15 minutes.
