- Red Grape Juice 5 fl oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut all the meat and bacon into small cubes. Slice the onion into rings, the garlic cloves into slices, and the mushrooms into slices.
Step 2
Take a pot with a thick bottom or a Dutch oven and place it on the heat. Add the smoked bacon and fry for 3 minutes. Then add the pork and fry until a brown crust forms over high heat for 4 minutes. After that, remove all the sautéed ingredients to a plate.
Step 3
In the pot, add the beef to the juices from the sautéed ingredients and fry, stirring, for 4 minutes. Then remove it to a plate.
Step 4
In the pot, add the onion and garlic and sauté for 2 minutes. Then add the flour and tomato paste, mix well, and sauté for another 2 minutes.
Step 5
After that, add all the meat with the bacon back into the pot, pour in the wine and water. Add enough water to cover the meat. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix. Bring to a boil and simmer on low heat for 40 minutes. 7 minutes before the end, add the olives and mushrooms.
