Description
Meat stew with vegetables and mushrooms.
Ingredients
- Beef 25 oz
- Potato 20 oz
- Onion 2 pieces
- Carrot 2 pieces
- Champignons 10 oz
- Soy Sauce 4 spoons
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Paprika 1 tablespoon
- Passata Tomato Sauce 0 oz
- Red Long Chili Peppers ⅓ spoons
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the beef into cubes.
Step 2
Peel the onion and slice it into large half-rings.
Step 3
Peel the carrot and cut it into rounds or sticks.
Step 4
Finely chop the garlic.
Step 5
Slice the mushrooms (I prefer them larger, but you can cut them to your liking).
Step 6
Pour a little vegetable oil into a pot. Heat it up, then add the pieces of beef and sauté. Cook until all the released liquid has evaporated — about 15 minutes.
Step 7
Add more vegetable oil, then add the onion, carrot, and garlic. Stir and sauté over high heat for 10 minutes.
Step 8
Add the mushrooms and sauté for another 10 minutes.
Step 9
Add soy sauce, tomato paste, paprika, and red chili pepper. Season with salt and pepper, pour in half a glass of water, and bring to a boil. Simmer on low heat with the lid on for 15–20 minutes.
Step 10
Pour 1.5 cups of water into the meat, bring to a boil. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Add the potatoes and cook for another 30 minutes over medium heat.
