Ingredients
- Veal Tenderloin 5 lbs
- Salad Potatoes 20 oz
- White Cabbage 20 oz
- Onion 3 pieces
- Garlic 1 head
- Carrot 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into large cubes, sauté in a small amount of oil, then add a little water and simmer until tender.
Step 2
Sauté the shredded cabbage in oil in a separate pot until half-cooked, then add the diced potatoes and simmer until the potatoes are cooked through.
Step 3
Add the pepper, finely chopped garlic, and previously sautéed finely chopped onion and carrot, and simmer on low heat.
Step 4
Combine the resulting mixture with the stewed beef.
