Description

The shashlik turns out wonderful in every way — it's tasty, melts in your mouth, and the aroma is amazing! The side dish can be anything you like. This dish can delight your loved ones, and its preparation takes no more than an hour.

Ingredients

  • Meat 20 oz
  • Onion 2 pieces
  • Vinegar essence to taste
  • Spices to taste
  • Herbs to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

First, the meat needs to be marinated. But before that, wash it well, remove the fat, and cut it into pieces. To make the meat easier to cut on the board, you can place it in hot water for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Place the cut pieces in a deep bowl, add spices, salt, and pepper to taste, pour in the vinegar, and mix. You can gently knead the meat with your hand to help it soak up the marinade better.

Step 3

Top with sliced onion rings. Place in the refrigerator to marinate for 2–3 hours.

Step 4

After that, transfer the meat and marinade to the multicooker. Set the program to Cake (Baking/Pie/Cake — 50 minutes). You can then set it for another 10 minutes on the Cook program (Cooking/Porridge — works until the liquid evaporates) to let the finished shashlik simmer a bit.
