Meat Rolls with Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Pork Skewers 8 pieces
- Pickled Chanterelles 10 oz
- Cheese Spread 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pound the steaks. Boil the mushrooms. Cut the cheese into cubes.
Step 2
Place a cube of cheese and some mushrooms on the meat, season with salt and pepper. Roll the meat into a roll. Secure with toothpicks.
Step 3
Place the rolls on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Top each roll with a piece of cheese.
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 40–45 minutes at 390°F.
