Ingredients

  • Onion 1 head
  • Pork Blood 15 oz
  • Parsley 1 piece
  • Carrot 4 pieces
  • Pickled Cauliflower 1 piece
  • Tomatoes 2 pieces
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Vegetable Oil 4 spoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Tenderize the pork slice well.

Step 2

Peel and finely chop the onion and carrot. Sauté the finely chopped tomatoes and pickles in oil along with the onion and carrot. Layer the filling over the pork, season with salt and pepper, and roll it into a roulade.

Step 3

Tie with string to prevent the roll from unraveling, wrap in foil, and place on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 15–20 minutes.
