Meat Roll with Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Meat 20 oz
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz
- Onion 1 head

Step 1
Take a piece of meat that can be beaten, season with salt and pepper, spread minced garlic on it, and let it marinate while we prepare the filling. Chop the mushrooms and onion. Fry the onion until golden and add the mushrooms for just 15 seconds, stirring.
Step 2
Spread the filling on the meat, roll it up, and tie it with string. Wrap the roll in foil and bake for about 40 minutes. Then unfold the foil so the roll can brown. Remove the string.
