Ingredients

  • Parmesan Cheese 5 oz
  • Ketchup 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 3 pieces
  • Ground Nutmeg ½ teaspoon
  • Water 2 tablespoons
  • Onion 0 oz
  • Ground meat 5 oz
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Stale Bread 1 piece
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Soak the stale white bread in warmed milk and mash until smooth. Gradually add the ground meat, finely chopped onion, egg, salt, and pepper. Knead the filling until it becomes homogeneous.

Step 2

Knead the dough from flour, eggs, nutmeg, and salt, and let it rest for an hour in a warm place.

Step 3

Roll out the dough into a thin layer, cut out circles using a glass, and dust the rim with flour or moisten it with beaten egg.

Step 4

Place the filling in the center of each circle and fold over to seal.

Step 5

Cook in boiling salted water for 7–10 minutes after they float to the surface. Serve hot with grated Parmesan cheese and tomato sauce.
