- Milk 1 cup
- Salt ½ teaspoon
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Meat 15 oz
- Onion 3 pieces
- Vegetable Oil 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare the yeast dough and divide it into small flatbreads.
Step 2
Simultaneously prepare the meat filling. Cut the meat into small pieces, finely chop or grind it, and mix it with finely chopped onion, adding salt and pepper.
Step 3
Place a tablespoon of filling in the center of each flatbread and pinch the edges of the dough to form a pie.
Step 4
Fry the prepared meat pies on both sides in a heated pan with oil (starting with the open side), then transfer them to a plate.
