Meat Patties with Shrimp

Ingredients

  • Beef 10 oz
  • Pork Blood 15 oz
  • Peeled Cooked Shrimp 10 oz
  • Onion 1 head
  • Whole egg 1 piece
  • Beans 1 piece
  • Salt to taste
  • Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • White Pepper (whole) to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Grind the pork and beef in a meat grinder, finely chop the peeled shrimp, finely chop the onion, soak a slice of bread in milk and add it to the meat mixture, beat the egg yolk and add it to the mixture.

Step 2

Add a tablespoon of mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste.

Step 3

Thoroughly mix the meat mixture, form small patties, coat them in flour or breadcrumbs, and fry on each side for about 3 minutes.

Step 4

Then add a little water (150 ml) to the pan, cover with a lid, and simmer for about 3 more minutes.
