Ingredients
- Ground meat 10 oz
- Onion 1 piece
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Sour Cream 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 3 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ground Caraway to taste
- Ground coriander to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Dice the onion and lightly sauté it.
Step 2
Mix the ground meat with the onion, add salt and spices, mix well, and beat against the bowl 20–30 times.
Step 3
For the filling, beat the egg with a fork, add sour cream, cheese, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Distribute an equal amount of the meat mixture into each muffin cup. Make an indentation with your finger. Fill each indentation with the egg and cheese mixture.
Step 5
Bake for 30 minutes at 390°F. Then let cool slightly, remove from the molds. Serve with your favorite side dish.
