Meat Keto Pie with Cauliflower
Ingredients
- Ground meat 5 oz
- Cauliflower 5 oz
- Cream 22% 2 tablespoons
- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 3 tablespoons
- Potato ½ piece
- Fresh basil leaves 1 sprig
- Ocean salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the tomato and season with salt.
Step 2
Chop the basil, separating the leaves from the stems if they are small.
Step 3
Add the cauliflower florets to boiling salted water.
Step 4
Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Season the ground meat with salt, form a patty, and place it in heated olive oil in a skillet.
Step 6
Once the bottom side is lightly browned, flip it over.
Step 7
Drain the water and add cream to the cauliflower.
Step 8
Add the butter.
Step 9
Cover the patty with a lid and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.

Add cheese (1 tablespoon) to the cauliflower.

Blend until smooth. Season with salt to taste.

Line a baking dish with foil and add the patty.

Then spread the puree over the patty (about 4 tablespoons).

Top with the tomato and basil.

Spread the remaining puree on top.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Place in a preheated oven at 355°F.

After 20 minutes, the dish is ready.
