  • Cauliflower 5 oz
  • Cream 22% 2 tablespoons
  • Butter 1 tablespoon
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 3 tablespoons
  • Potato ½ piece
  • Fresh basil leaves 1 sprig
  • Ocean salt to taste
