- Meat 25 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Wheat Flour 1 teaspoon
- Minced garlic 3 cloves
- Passata Tomato Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Vinegar essence 2 tablespoons
- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Mustard Greens 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Cut the meat, place it in a skillet, add oil, water, and simmer. Chop the onion (you can sauté it beforehand) and, along with the minced garlic, add it to the meat. Simmer until cooked through.
Step 2
Prepare the sauce: dissolve the flour in 120 ml of water, mixing well. Add the tomato paste, vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper. Pour over the meat and let it simmer for 3–5 minutes.
