- Garlic 6 cloves
- Pork Blood 20 oz
- Wheat Flour ½ spoons
- Dried Chamomile to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Fresh basil leaves to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into small pieces. Sauté in vegetable oil until browned. Add finely chopped garlic. Stir and reduce the heat.
Step 2
For the sauce, add flour to the milk and whisk to avoid lumps. Add all the spices. Pour the sauce over the meat and mix thoroughly. Let it simmer on low heat with the lid on, stirring occasionally.
