Ingredients
- Meat 20 oz
- Cream 5 fl oz
- Salt 1 tablespoon
- Red Long Chili Peppers 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
- Frozen Vegetable Mix 'Lecho' 20 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into steaks (in my case, it was pork neck, 4 steaks), pound it, season with salt and pepper, and fry on both sides over medium heat until fully cooked.
Step 2
Place the vegetable mix in a pan and sauté. Season with salt and pepper, and at the end, pour in the cream (the vegetable mix can vary, but it's optimal if it includes mushrooms).
Step 3
Once the mixture is sautéed, add the meat, stir, cover with a lid, and simmer for another 10 minutes.
