  • Tomatoes 3 pieces
  • Cheese Spread 5 oz
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
  • Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons
  • Mustard Greens 1 tablespoon
  • Safflower Oil 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Choose a flat (rectangular), dense piece of meat (like for a baked ham). Make cross cuts on the meat.

Step 2

Mix lemon juice, soy sauce, mustard, oil, and coat the meat on all sides and in the cuts, season with salt and pepper to taste. Leave the meat to marinate for 10-12 hours.

Step 3

Slice the cheese, cut the tomatoes into rings, and mince the garlic in a blender or press through a garlic press. Rub the meat thoroughly with garlic, placing cheese and tomatoes in each cut. Optionally, you can add mushrooms around the edges of the piece and in the cuts. Wrap the meat in foil, place it on a baking sheet, and put it in a preheated oven at 180-200°C. Bake until cooked for 50-60 minutes.

Place the finished meat on a serving dish and garnish with herbs. Enjoy your meal!
