Matar Paneer
Main Dishes • Indian
Description
If you don't have paneer cheese, you can use Adyghe cheese; they are practically indistinguishable. For those who like it spicier, you can add green chili pepper to the tomato puree. For those who prefer a thinner sauce, you can add a little water at the end of cooking. If desired, you can garnish the dish with sesame seeds and chia seeds. The dish is served with rice or flatbread.
