  • Courgette 10 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste

Step 1

Remove the seeds and skin from the zucchini.

Step 2

Cut the peeled zucchini into random pieces and place them in a pot. Add the peeled potatoes — large ones can be cut into pieces, while small ones can be left whole.

Step 3

Cover the vegetables with water, add salt to taste, and boil until cooked and slightly overcooked.

Step 4

After the potatoes and zucchini are cooked, drain the broth into a separate container. Pour a tablespoon of vegetable oil over the cooked vegetables and mash the potatoes.
