- Apple 15 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Dijon Mustard 1 tablespoon
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
Step 3
Peel the apples and cut them into cubes of the same size.
Step 4
Boil the potatoes until they are tender.
Step 5
Add the apples and cook for another 10 minutes.
Step 6
Drain the water and return the pot to the heat for another 5 minutes to eliminate any excess moisture.
Step 7
Mash everything with a pestle.
Step 8
Add the butter, whole grain mustard, and season with salt to taste.
Step 9
Before serving, you can sprinkle the puree with chopped parsley.
Step 10
