  • Brown Sugar 5 oz
  • Oranges 2 pieces
  • Thyme 1 piece
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Allspice berries 2 pieces
  • 33% Cream 5 fl oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Bay leaf 1 piece

Prepare all the ingredients.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into large chunks.

Boil the potatoes with bay leaves and allspice.
