Ingredients
- Potato 0 lbs
- Butter 20 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Milk 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide

Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Step 2
Boil the potatoes.
Step 3
Next, let it cool and remove the skin.
Step 4
Rub through a sieve.
Step 5
Place the mashed potatoes in a saucepan over very low heat.
Step 6
Add ice-cold butter, previously frozen at minus 75°F, cut into cubes.
Step 7
Stir the butter into the potatoes without removing them from the heat.
Step 8
Once the butter has melted into the potatoes, remove the saucepan from the heat and pour in the milk.
Step 9
Then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Step 10
Serve.
