- Rack of Lamb 30 oz
- Eel 0 oz
- Romaine lettuce 5 oz
- Cilantro 0 oz
- Thyme 0 oz
- Olive Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Fajitas sauce 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the ribs into one or two pieces, rub them with salt, pepper, and garlic-infused olive oil, and let them sit at room temperature for 15 to 60 minutes.
Step 2
Preheat the grill and cook the ribs on the rack on both sides until the desired doneness is achieved.
Step 3
While the ribs are grilling, remove the tough stems from the herbs and tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces.
Step 4
Place the hot ribs on a warmed platter, immediately sprinkle with cilantro and thyme to infuse the meat with flavor. Then, top with the remaining herbs and serve with salsa.
