- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Tomatoes 3 pieces
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

- Fresh basil leaves to taste
- Lemon ½ piece

- Water ½ cup

Step 1
Marinate the turkey fillet with lemon juice, onion, and marinade spices, and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

Stew the tomatoes and blend them in a food processor.
Step 3
Slice the bell pepper into thin wedges.
Step 4
Place a skillet over medium heat. In the heated skillet, add the fillet, then the tomatoes and bell pepper. Pour in the water.
Step 5
Add salt, pepper, and basil to taste.
Step 6
Simmer until the bell pepper becomes soft.
