Ingredients
- Thick Beef Rib 30 oz
- Red Grape Juice 0 fl oz
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 teaspoons
- Dried Rosemary ½ teaspoon
- English Dry Mustard 1 teaspoon
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the meat into two steaks.
Step 2
Transfer to a bowl.
Step 3
Peel the garlic and press it.
Step 4
Mix the wine, garlic, olive oil, thyme, rosemary, mustard, salt, and pepper.

Pour over the meat, mix well, cover, and let marinate for 1–2 hours.

Heat a dry skillet.

Place the steaks in the skillet and cook for 5–7 minutes on each side (for medium doneness).
