
Marinated Smoked Chicken Legs

- Chicken bones 4 pieces
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Lime Juice 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Chili Flakes a pinch
- Smoked salt 2 teaspoons
- Ground Cumin 2 teaspoons
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon

Step 1
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, chili flakes, paprika, and cumin. Add the legs, stir, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 3
Place the legs on a baking sheet, drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper, and bake for 40 minutes until cooked through.
