Marinated Pork with Vegetables and Spicy Pepper
Ingredients
- Pork Blood 20 oz
- Soy Sauce 5 tablespoons
- Sesame Oil 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Corn Starch to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Onion 1 head
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Broccoli 1 piece
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Marinate the finely chopped pork with 2–3 tablespoons of soy sauce, salt, and sesame oil, and leave it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Step 2
Beat an egg, add it to the pork, and mix well.
Step 3
Coat the pieces of pork in cornstarch and shake off the excess.
Step 4
Heat frying oil in a deep skillet. Fry the pork until golden brown. Remove to paper towels and set aside.
Step 5
Heat a clean wok. Add 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil and stir-fry the broccoli florets and bell pepper for a few minutes.
Step 6
Add garlic, chili pepper, and onion. Stir-fry for one minute.
Step 7
Add the fried pork and mix well. Season with the remaining soy sauce and sugar, and mix again. Serve hot.
