Marinated pork ribs in five spices
Ingredients
- Pork Skewers 0 lbs
- Scallions to taste
- Ketchup 5 oz
- Sherry 2 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Sweet Chili Sauce 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Chinese Five Spice 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the ribs into single pieces.
Step 2
Mix all the other ingredients, except for the green onion, in a large bowl and add the ribs. Stir well to coat them completely with the marinade. Cover with a lid and let sit for a few hours or overnight.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 4
Line a large baking sheet with foil. Drain the excess marinade from the ribs and place them on the foil. Roast for 30 minutes or until cooked through, occasionally basting with the remaining marinade.
Step 5
Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onion.
