- Boneless Lamb Leg 5 lbs

Step 1
Mix olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, and green onions in a large bowl. Add the meat, mix well, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, preferably 24 hours.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 430°F. Place the meat on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes for medium doneness. Let the meat rest for a while before serving.
