  • Meyer Lemon Juice 5 fl oz
  • Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
  • Olive Oil 5 fl oz
  • Mild Chili Spice 0 oz
  • Garlic 9 cloves
  • Shallot 3 heads
  • Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
  • Honey 0 fl oz
  • Fresh basil leaves 0 oz
  • Skin-On Chicken Breasts 8 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

In a blender, combine lemon juice, wine, olive oil, chili powder, minced garlic, finely chopped shallots, soy sauce, honey, and oregano. Blend until smooth.

Step 2

Place the chicken breasts in a dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Preheat the grill.

Pour the marinade into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes.
